Job Title: Optimization Graduate Professional
We are seeking an individual with a strong passion for optimization and continuous improvement to join our Operational Excellence team on a two-year graduate programme.
About the Programme
This programme is designed to develop leadership skills through real responsibility, strategic projects, and international assignments. You will work closely with experienced professionals and develop expertise in automation and optimization techniques.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Op Ex and business unit teams to identify opportunities for improvement in process KPIs.
2. Enable and engage continuous improvement efforts throughout the site to meet service, quality, lead time, and cost objectives.
3. Provide engineering support for Cost Improvement projects involving facilities, automation, equipment optimization, and sustainability.
4. Support project teams to ensure timely, successful project delivery.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you should have a minimum 2.1 degree in Engineering (Mechanical Automation), Computer Science, or equivalent. Additionally, you should possess good problem-solving skills, knowledge of structured problem-solving tools, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
