Functional Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced individual to support a major digital transformation program as the functional lead and subject matter expert for the Dynamics Customer Service module.
This role will drive configuration, enhancement, and delivery of new solutions within Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE).
* As SME for Dynamics Customer Service functionality, this candidate will be responsible for configuring and optimizing Dynamics components, including Tables, Views, Forms, Business Process Flows, Security Roles, and Workflows.
* The ideal candidate will develop and maintain Power Automate flows, with a plus for Canvas Apps experience.
* Collaboration with business and technical teams is crucial to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
* Ongoing enhancements, testing, and deployment activities also fall within the responsibilities of this role.
* Work within Agile teams, providing updates, reporting progress, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Prioritization: We expect our Functional Specialists to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining high standards.
Team Collaboration: The ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, is essential.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, is required.
