About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist. You will play a key role in providing administrative, processing and customer service support to our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, updating customer information, accurately keying data to master systems, and maintaining and action daily reports.
We are looking for someone who is able to work collaboratively with others, manage their workload effectively, and provide exceptional customer service.
If you have excellent communication skills, are detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
* Update customer information in a timely and accurate manner
* Accurately key data to master systems from multiple sources
* Maintain and action daily reports to ensure compliance and accuracy
* Liaise with other departments to resolve queries efficiently
