Job Title:
Construction Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless on-site operations by adhering to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and design teams through effective communication, issue resolution, and progress updates.
* Oversee project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contractual obligations.

* Direct and supervise site personnel, including the Site Engineer and Site Manager, to ensure efficient workflow and project coordination.
* Identify and resolve construction-related challenges, implementing solutions that meet project needs.
* Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility, aligning with Irish construction regulations.
