We are looking for a motivated and curiousBackend Developer Traineeto join our technical team. You will work closely with our CTO and product team to develop and improve the backend architecture of Tripjoin. This is a hands-on trainee program designed to help you grow into a capable backend engineer while contributing to real product features.What You Will DoSupport in developing and maintaining backend services and APIs for the Tripjoin platform.Collaborate with the product team to implement new features related to bookings, payments, user accounts, and creator tools.Help improve database structure, optimization, and data flows.Assist in integrating third-party tools such as payment gateways, email automation systems, and analytics.Participate in code reviews, testing processes, and documentation.Learn good engineering practices: clean code, version control, and scalable architecture.What We Are Looking ForStudents or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.Basic knowledge of backend technologies, Python, or similar).Familiarity with REST APIs and relational or NoSQL databases.Understanding of Git and version control workflows.Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.Passion for technology, product building, and impactful work.What You'll LearnHow to build and scale backend systems in a real-world startup.Best practices in API design, architecture, and data modeling.Working with cloud services (AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.).How to think like a product-driven engineer.Collaboration inside a growth-oriented team.
