Job Description Role Overview We're seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead client relationships, oversee solution delivery, and innovate in partnership with a growing hi-tech client utilizing the latest Gen AI technology.
This is a fully remote position based in Ireland, within a vibrant, values-driven company at the intersection of Gen AI, consulting, and real-world impact.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably with a background as a Software Engineer transitioning into Technical Account or Product Management, combining technical expertise with client management skills.
Responsibilities Manage key accounts, understand client needs, and develop tailored B2B Gen AI solutions that deliver tangible results.
Act as the bridge between technical teams and clients, simplifying complex concepts and clarifying possibilities.
Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Facilitate workshops, create action plans, and conduct training to enhance client adoption.
Identify opportunities for added value and improve service delivery continually.
Qualifications Experience working with clients on technical products, preferably in AI, ML, data, or SaaS sectors.
Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to understand and design solutions aligned with client goals.
Confidence in engaging with technical teams and business decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
Curiosity, initiative, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
