Senior Product Development Engineer
This role involves managing and executing multiple complex product development programs from concept through commercial launch in the pharmaceutical industry.
1. Lead the end-to-end development of multiple new products, including design, process development, scale-up, and validation.
2. Apply Quality by Design (QbD) and Design of Experiments (DoE) methodologies to optimize formulation and manufacturing processes.
3. Manage multiple development programs simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources across projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical product or process development, with a demonstrated record of managing multiple programs.
* Proven experience in NPI, process scale-up, and commercial technology transfer.
