Key responsibilities and duties of a Hotel Receptionist
Receptionists are the main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay: greeting them upon arrival, handling their check-in, and allocating rooms according to established procedures.
They are in charge of supervising room reservations, making any necessary changes and responding to specific guests' requests. Always attentive to guests' needs, they provide accurate information, address complaints, and manage unexpected situations to ensure complete satisfaction.
Maintaining an organized front desk, manage payments, run reports and comply with security protocols.working closley with Housekeeping, the bar & restaurant to ensure a smooth guest experience.

* An eye for detail: being precise at all times, whether in managing bookings, processing payments, or during simple interactions, precision will make the difference and contribute to a seamless experience.
* Computer skills as our front desk is automated and lots of admin to complete daily.
* Previous experience in an Hotel Receptionist role for at least 1 year and in Customer Service Role for at least 2 years
* All applicants must be living in Ireland and have fluent English .

FULL TIME SHIFTS : Mostly evening shifts to include Weekends
3pm - 10pm, 12 Noon - 8pm, 5pm - 10pm a Mixture of shifts over 5 days
Part time weekends : Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 7am - 3pm, 3pm 10pm, 12pm - 8pm

Pay: €16,000.00-€28,000.00 per year
