Are you a seasoned HVAC professional who knows their way around a plant room as well as a project schedule? We are looking for a HVAC Project Manager to lead high-value mechanical installations across Dublin’s residential, commercial, pharma, and industrial sectors.
Whether you cut your teeth as an apprentice and worked your way up, or you hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, we value technical grit and leadership above all else.
You'll be able to coordinate project teams and resources, whilst dealing with client representatives and project stakeholders.
The Role
As our HVAC Project Manager, you will be the bridge between the design office and the project team, ensuring our systems are installed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Lifecycle: Oversee projects from initial handover through to commissioning and final account.

Technical Leadership: Troubleshoot complex HVAC systems (Chilled Water, VRF, AHUs, Ventilation) and provide practical solutions.

Financial Control: Manage project variations, procurement, and subcontractor valuations.
*
Safety & Quality: Drive a "safety first" culture and ensure all installations meet BCAR and industry regulations.
*
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and site teams.
Who You Are
*
The Background: You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering OR a Level 6 Advanced Craft Certificate (Refrigeration/Plumbing/Pipefitting).
*
The Experience: 10+ years in the HVAC/Mechanical industry, with at least 3-4 years in a supervisory or project management capacity.
*
The Mindset: You’re a problem solver. You understand the construction landscape and know how to keep a project moving.
*
The Tech: Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and ideally, exposure to BIM/AutoCAD
