This role sits within our EMEA Finance Hub, based in Dublin, or alternatively London or Amsterdam.The primary responsibility of this role is to design and deploy global processes and systems that support statutory and local compliance for Salesforce's international entities.You will be part of a dynamic, high-performing team responsible for 30+ legal entities operating in a fast-paced and complex business environment. Success in this role requires strong project management and communication skills, an innovative mindset, and experience working across ERP platforms and financial systems.ResponsibilitiesReview and approve new and change requests to the Financial Data Model (MDM) within the Cloud ERPDefine and maintain Alternate Account Sets and Local Alternate Summaries in Cloud ERPDrive global efficiency through simplification and standardization of processesPropose, implement, and promote adoption of best practices and system improvementsLead global implementation of standardized processes, tools, and reporting for local statutory compliancePartner with Controllership India Shared Services, Dublin Center of Excellence, and country controllersCollaborate closely with Business and Finance Technology & Innovation teamsSupport country controllers with ad-hoc requests from business leaders, works councils, or authoritiesSupport corporate initiatives, including country expansions and M&A integrationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACA preferredMinimum 3+ years of relevant experience at a similar levelExperience in a fast-paced multinational environment within a publicly traded company or audit firmExperience working in a multi-ledger environmentExperience managing SOX compliance programs and country-specific equivalentsExperience with major ERP systems, including associated applications, interfaces, and data flows/system integrationsProficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as TableauPreferred Skills & AttributesResults-oriented team player who thrives in a high-growth, challenging environmentHands-on, decisive, and able to operate at paceStrong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesActs as a catalyst for change and responds quickly to evolving prioritiesFluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plusUnleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life.
