C&B Manager for popular wedding and events destination This luxury hotel destination is a favourite for weddings and special events.
They now seek a Conference & Banqueting Manager to ensure the flawless delivery of event operations, working in close coordination with the Events team.
Key responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all event specifications and requests, working closely with the Events team.
Inspect all areas prior to event to ensure correct room / area set up.
Ensure all staff are trained on company SOP's, implementing new procedures as required.
Manage and motivate team to their best performance.
Ensure all guest requests / feedback is properly communicated to the appropriate dept and actioned.
Participation in wider hotel meetings as required.
Implement Health & Safety standards throughout the hotel.
Stock maintenance and ordering as required, effectively managing costs while ensuring the delivery of a premium service The ideal candidate: Minimum of three years experience as C&B Manager or equivalent role within a luxury 4/5 star hotel or premium venue.
Wedding experience a strong advantage.
In-depth knowledge of all C&B procedures with a proven track record of successful event delivery.
Excellent service standards and meticulous attention to detail.
Proven team management ability, able to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards.
Driven and ambitious hospitality professional constantly seeking to improve the experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both colleagues and guests alike.
