We are partnering with a leading, high-volume Manufacturing organisation currently expanding their team of Manufacturing and Engineering Technicians. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for engineering and wish to develop a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Successful candidates will gain valuable hands-on experience, professional mentoring and the opportunity to earn a recognised professional qualification while contributing to cutting-edge manufacturing processes.
Key Attributes Required
* A keen interest in engineering and mechanical systems
* A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Flexibility and willingness to travel for off-the-job training blocks
Job Requirements
* Leaving Certificate with five O6 or higher grades, including Mathematics and English
* Successful completion of an approved pre-apprenticeship training course in an engineering discipline
* A full Level 5 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) (equivalent to EQF Level 4)
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage
