Analytical Strategy & Lifecycle (ASL)
team as a
Project Manager – Analytical Strategy Planner
and play a key role in shaping the lifecycle of our commercial biologic products.
What You'll Do
* Own and manage the
analytical project portfolio
across multiple commercial brands
* Develop and track
integrated project timelines
, key milestones, and deliverables
* Forecast and monitor
FTE and financial resources
across the analytical workstream
* Identify
critical path risks
, maintain a risk registry, and develop contingency plans
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytical SMEs, Regulatory, Testing/Transfer teams, and more
* Drive operational excellence across brands with harmonized planning and execution
* Lead preparation of
executive progress reports
and stakeholder updates
* Support
governance meetings
and ensure timely decisions aligned with project goals
* Maintain operational tools: dashboards, metrics, and brand-specific repositories
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in a
scientific discipline
(advanced degree a plus)
* 4+ years
in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with at least
3 years
in project planning/management in a
GMP environment
* Understanding of
analytical methods
for biologics (e.g., HPLC, CE, ELISA, LC-MS, iCIEF, Bioassay)
* Excellent
project management
and
organizational
skills
* Strong communicator and collaborator across all organizational levels
* Experience with regulatory documentation or biologics is a
plus
