Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations professional to join our team.
* Manage all employee relations matters across the site.
* Serve as a subject-matter expert to directors and managers, applying policies and procedures while interpreting policy changes.
* Apply compliance knowledge to protect the organization and mitigate risk.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Employee Relations Expertise
* Identify and report trends to HR leaders for business unit.
* Facilitate difficult interactions among organizational stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes; resolve escalated conflicts.
Relationship Management
* Build consensus and settle disputes on HR policy and practice decisions.
Consultation
* Partner with managers and HR to proactively implement business solutions, utilizing ER expertise and perspective.
Leadership
* Execute programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of a bachelor's degree in one of the following areas - HR, Legal, Business.
* Minimum of 3-5 years HR/ER experience including experience working with and influencing senior management in large, complex multinational organisations.
* Outstanding skills in stakeholder management, proven ability in building and managing relationships.
