Eligibility: This role is open to EEA candidates only. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in Ireland without requiring visa sponsorship.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales and Administrative Assistant to support our growing team in Ireland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling internal sales processes, and managing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

· Assist the sales team with processing customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.

· Monitor and track new construction projects via tender portal, identifying opportunities for Hydrotec.

· Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and databases.

· Prepare and follow up on sales quotations in a timely and professional manner.

· Liaise with clients to provide product information, pricing, and delivery updates.

· Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure on-time order fulfilment.

· Support business development activities by generating leads and setting appointments where required.

Administrative Duties:

· Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

· Manage correspondence including emails, phone calls, and post.

· Maintain and update internal documentation, including contracts, client files, and compliance records.

· Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for the sales and management teams.

· Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal meetings.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within a commercial or B2B environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

· Knowledge of the Irish market and customer service standards preferred.

Education and Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

· Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.

Working Conditions:

· Full-time, office-based or hybrid depending on company policy.

· Some travel may be required for training or support at other company locations.

· High performing candidates may have the option to transition into Direct Sales if desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €27,000.00-€34,520.49 per year
