As a Grill chef, you will be responsible for the grill section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes.
You will work closely with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Duties: Take charge of the main and grill section, ensuring consistency and excellence in all dishes.
Prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood, and other main course dishes to perfection.
Ensure all food is prepared according to the restaurant's standards and presentation guidelines.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and team on menu planning and daily specials.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Assist in stock control and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
The Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Expertise in main courses and grilling techniques.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-tier dishes.
Own transportation is required for this role.
Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
