Project Finance Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project finance attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance, infrastructure finance, or structured finance, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the rating process, working across various project finance transactions. They will assess and articulate the credit impact of deal structure, documentation, and other legal considerations.
