We are seeking skilled and experienced Ground Worker/Labourer to become part of our expanding team in Kildare.Responsibilities:Reading and interpreting site drawings and plans.Laying and installing pipes and drainage systems.Completing external drainage works for plots and houses.Carrying out deep drainage (experience advantageous).Performing concrete works including slabs, foundations, and footpaths.Installing and laying utilities/services.Concrete finishing to a high standard.Kerbing and general groundwork tasks as required.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.Proficiency in English, with the ability to follow instructions and liaise effectively with the site team.Licenses/Certifications:Valid Safe Pass.Manual Handling Certificate.CSCS Certification (as required).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €14.33-€29.58 per hourBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: In person
