Finishing Foreman Healthcare Project (Limerick) We are currently recruiting an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team on a healthcare construction project in Limerick.
This role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of finish, quality, and compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.
Role & Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all finishing trades on site to ensure works are completed to programme Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, quality control, and snag-free delivery Manage subcontractors and direct labour during the finishing phase Ensure finishes meet healthcare, infection control, and regulatory requirements Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and design team Track and close out snags, defects, and inspections efficiently Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures on site Assist with handover documentation and final completion stages Requirements Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on large-scale construction projects Previous experience on healthcare, pharmaceutical, or high-spec commercial projects is highly desirable Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and coordination skills Thorough knowledge of finishing trades and sequencing Ability to work to tight deadlines in a live, regulated environment Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates What We Offer Opportunity to work on a prestigious healthcare project Competitive salary package, dependent on experience Long-term work with a strong project pipeline Professional and supportive site team
