Position
Personal Lines Account Executive – Sandyford office, Campion Insurance (PIB Group).
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to Campion customers.
Handle Motor, Household and Van insurance policies.
Liaise with insurance companies on customer queries and instructions.
Offer expert guidance to customers across 15 product lines.
Process insurance policies in accordance with compliance standards and GDPR.
Process customer payments.
Tackle calls primarily inbound and occasionally outbound, maintaining a high level of customer service.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets and meet KPI's.
Requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented and target-driven.
Excellent product knowledge.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and attitude.
APA qualification from the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
Experience in a fast-paced environment desirable but not essential.
