We are currently looking to recruit a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join our team at The Beacon in Salthill. The ideal candidates would be fluent in English, hard working, reliable, skilled and highly motivated individuals with a passion for food and hospitality. They would strive at working efficiently and accurately under pressurised situations.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Stock and prep the kitchen at the beginning of each day.
· Maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
· Ensure absolute accuracy whilst dealing with orders.
· Maintain a clean and presentable kitchen area during periods of extreme busyness.
· Clean and return the kitchen to perfect condition at the end of the shift.
Key skills:

· Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen is essential
