Ob Title: Senior Analyst Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Contract Length: 15 months Location: Limerick About the Role: Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency of the department, which provides comprehensive third-party fund services to various fund management companies.
Your expertise will not only support daily operations but also contribute to the development of the teams on-the-job skills.
Principal Responsibilities: Respond to investor queries via phone or email, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
Support the Team Leader in monitoring telephone call levels, ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met.
Oversee client-specific mailboxes and eGain, ensuring all queries are addressed within the agreed service levels.
Act as a mentor and buddy to new team members, providing guidance and answering their queries.
Assist in improving quality through procedural reviews and enhancements.
Ensure daily telephone dealing tasks are completed, and all relevant documentation is accurately scanned and stored.
Provide sign-off on phone deals, ensuring trade data accuracy and completeness.
Monitor and report on various client queries, making recommendations for procedural changes to the Team Leader.
Compile and distribute team statistics or reports as requested.
Mentor team members, offering support and assistance as needed.
Complete your own tasks and responsibilities within the designated timeframes.
fulfil additional relevant tasks as required by the role and business needs.
Key Relationships: Direct Reports: None, but serve as a point of contact for analysts.
Internal Key Stakeholders: Team Manager, Head of ISC, ISC Quality Team, CSMs & RMS.
External Key Stakeholders: External Clients and Investors.
Skills & Experience Required: Strong understanding of Ireland Transfer Agency processes within an Investor Services centre environment.
Detailed working knowledge of Telephone Dealing and Client & Investor Services.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Extensive knowledge of organisation, fund administration, and the regulatory environment.
Proven ability to meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient in Excel and Word.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical skills for researching and resolving inquiries.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills, fostering relationship building and problem-solving.
