CPL Recruitment is working with our industry client to recruit a Purchasing Administrator to support their Buying Team on an initial 3-month temporary contract based in Lombardstown.Hybrid: 2 days from homeFull Time: Monday to FridayMaintain and update supplier and retail catalogues, ensuring accuracyProcess and log price changes in line with approvalsHandle product and pricing queries from internal teamsSupport e-commerce activities, including updating product information onlineMonitor stock levels and support inventory planningAssist with promotions, working closely with the marketing teamPrepare reports, margin analysis, and benchmarking dataResolve supplier invoice queries and support purchasing processesProvide general administrative support to the buying teamSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in an administrative or purchasing support roleHighly proficient in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) essentialStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilityAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExperience in retail, agri, or a similar environment is advantageousWhat’s on Offer3-month temporary contract with potential for extensionHybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Opportunity to gain experience within a busy purchasing functionSupportive team environment within a well-established organisation
