Physiotherapist Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in Cork Childrens Services, Curraheen, Cork. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Physiotherapist services to young people (0-18 years) and their families.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and their families in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for:
* Providing assessment and intervention services to children and young people with complex needs arising from a disability;
* Delivering clinical supervision and ongoing service development;
* Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for our clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Registration on the Physiotherapists Register with CORU at time of application and provision of proof of statutory registration before a contract of employment can be issued;
* Three years' clinical experience working as a physiotherapist;
* The requisite knowledge and ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office;
* A full clean driver's license.
Desirable Criteria
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
* Clinical experience working with children and their families as part of an interdisciplinary team;
* Relevant postgraduate experience and training specific to children with disabilities (0-18 years);
* Hydrotherapy experience;
* Experience providing clinical supervision to basic grade PTs and/or students.
