Job Title: Hazardous Energy Control Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead hazardous-energy control during equipment maintenance.
About the Role
This permanent, on-site position will be central to safeguarding staff, patients, equipment integrity, and regulatory compliance.
* Identify and document all energy sources (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
A key aspect of this role is Safety Engineering. You will develop and implement detailed Lockout/Tagout procedures for medical and service equipment.
The successful candidate will have expertise in identifying potential risks associated with Hazardous Energy Sources, as well as experience collaborating with maintenance teams. You must also possess excellent communication skills to train staff on LOTO protocols; conduct audits to verify adherence.
1. Develop effective lock-out/tag-out procedures for various types of medical devices.
