You will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on electronics assembly across the Medical, ICT, and Automotive sectors.

Your role involves close collaboration with customers and internal departments to drive project delivery, support production, and continuously enhance manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Technical Liaison: Act as a technical liaison with customers to establish optimal test equipment and program setups.
">
* NPI Project Leadership: Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring timely delivery and manufacturability improvements.
">
* Documentation and Training: Prepare assembly documentation and develop training materials for production operatives.
">
* Continuous Improvement: Deliver continuous improvement initiatives aligned with cost reduction and quality goals.
">
* Maintenance and Process Control: Support engineering maintenance tasks, assist in designing planned maintenance routines, and implement process controls (e.g., FMEA, control plans) in accordance with change management procedures.

Requirements:
">
1. Education: NFQ Level 8 Honours Degree (or higher) in Electronics Engineering or related discipline is advantageous.
">
2. Experience: Minimum of 4+ years experience in a relevant electronics manufacturing environment.
">
3. Skill Set:
">
* Troubleshooting and Fault Finding: Strong capability in electronic troubleshooting and fault finding.
">
* Circuit Design and Schematics: Ability to interpret and work with electronic circuit designs and schematics.
">
* Engineering Bills of Materials (BoMs): Experience working with engineering bills of materials (BoMs) and technical drawings.
">
* Process Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes and knowledge of industry standards.
