About the Role: As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals across various care settings, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centred care.
Responsibilities Deliver high-quality personal and emotional care to service users Promote independence and individual choice wherever possible Undertake clinical and care duties as required Support service users with daily living tasks and mobility Maintain accurate records and always uphold confidentiality Ensure care is provided in line with individual care plans and best practice Requirements Right to work in the UK Minimum of 6 month's experience in a care role (at least 3 months in the UK) Strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic nature NISCC registered or willing to register Up-to-date mandatory training, or willingness to complete A genuine passion for providing exceptional support Please Note: We are unable to provide sponsorship; applicants must already have permanent UK work rights.
