DOH Proper Pizza, with two thriving locations in Limerick, is looking for a part-time Assistant Pizza Cook to join our team in Castletroy.
You'll help craft the pizzas and sides that keep our customers coming back, working in a fast-paced kitchen where quality and consistency matter.
Responsibilities
Pizza Preparation: Prepare and assemble pizzas to spec, ensuring quality, consistency, and proper cooking in our ovens.
Kitchen Standards: Keep prep areas clean, organised, and fully compliant with food safety regulations.
Teamwork: Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service smooth and efficient.
Consistency: Follow DOH recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as a cook in a busy restaurant or pizzeria.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Good time management and organisation.
Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
A genuine passion for pizza and delivering great food.
Full Clean drivers license
