Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.3 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.3 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++).Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.).2 years of experience with designing experiments, developing statistical models, measurement, and identifying business opportunities.Experience in data analysis, with the ability to solve problems in changing and ambiguous business environments through data intuition and business acumen.Experience collaborating with executive leadership on decision making.Knowledge of Google tools (e.g., Plex, BQ, etc.).Ability to effectively communicate analysis and recommendations across a wide range of non-technical audiences.About the job:Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. Design and implement various integrations between business objectives and design and build strategies that support these business systems. Create, collate and analyze present combined Intel product and service delivery line (business, business growth, customer) results and forecasts, resource management data and other key business line operational metrics to extract valuable insights for business unit leadership action.Support intelligence customer and vendor transaction monitoring, discounting, approval flow, service agreements and throughput.Assist in the tracking of GTIG projects and objectives and key results (OKR) performance.
