They're currently seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist for a 5-month contract. In this role, you'll provide top-notch support to employees, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth operations within the HR Service Centre. You'll be a crucial part of a team dedicated to improving HR services and enhancing employee experience.
The Day-to-Day Life:
* Respond to questions on administrative procedures and practices across various channels
* Log, track, and follow up on employee requests and inquiries in our systems
* Guide employees on HR services and promote self-service tools like the HR Portal
* Research and resolve inquiries efficiently, prioritizing urgent matters
* Proactively resolve employee concerns and provide accurate solutions
* Test and validate responses for an HR Virtual Agent (Chatbot), ensuring accuracy
* Maintain compliance with HR service processes and meet SLAs
* Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes
* Participate in training sessions to stay updated with policies and best practices
