Job Title A highly skilled professional is sought to fill a challenging role in External Reporting and Technical Accounting. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Auditor, preferably with Big 4 or Top 20 Practices. Duties and Responsibilities: The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the overall group consolidated audit along with local statutory audits. * Managing the overall group consolidated audit along with local statutory audits * Dedicated finance team performing month-end accounts; consolidation preps etc., which does not need involvement in GL booking * Reviewing and advising on accounting implications of non-routine finance transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, refinancing etc. * Advising the business on implementing new accounting standards, including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 * Providing financial guidance to the business as required, recent examples include working on ERP system implementation for the group and revenue process implementation with commercial teams focusing on controls/technical accounting h3 Required Skills Qualifications:
