The Business Growth Expert will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key clients and partners to drive revenue growth and expand the business.
* Lead Business Development Initiatives: Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new opportunities and drive growth.
* Drive Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
* Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
* 3+ Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, ideally in SaaS or construction technology.
* Crm Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Linguistic Fluency: Business fluency in English and German is mandatory.
