Overview
TRP Limerick are seeking a full time Stores Assistant to join our team located at Ballysimon Road, Limerick. Part of DAF Trucks Ireland, our network of TRP stores supply parts, accessories & consumables to all makes and models of commercial vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team representing a number of successful brands in the HGV industry.
The Role
* Receiving, unpacking & processing all incoming shipments
* Order picking, packing & despatch
* Daily stock check procedures
* Handling & processing customer returns, including old core
* Dealing with walk in customer queries at our trade parts counter
* Assisting with telephone calls
* Answering customer & internal enquiries via other channels (Email, Online)
* Note: This role involves manual handling of HGV parts
The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Experience
* Commercial vehicle experience preferable
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills with a flexible approach to work
* Experience using the Keyloop Autoline DMS (Kerridge) is a distinct advantage, but full training will be provided.
* Valid Visa/work permit to work in Ireland
* Full clean driving licence
