McHale is currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
This is a permanent full-time position based at our Head Office in Ballinrobe.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our front of house team in our new showroom and facilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Meeting and greeting visitors on arrival into the factory.
Ensure visitors are signed-in and direct them to the appropriate person and office.
Maintain factory security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk and access gates.
Managing the daily phone calls and enquiries to the factory.
Distributing this information to the correct department and people.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Completing daily checklists for Production.
Placing orders and maintaining stationery stock.
Manage incoming and outgoing post.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Other ad hoc general administrative work.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a reception administration role.
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
Fluent English required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office products required.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. scanners, laminators and printers).
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
