Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership and Financial Leadership:
We are seeking a skilled financial leader to partner with our CEO and CPO on pricing strategies, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
Lead the planning & analysis (FP&A) function, developing forecasts and scenario models to inform business decisions.
Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including treasury management, accounts payable/receivable, and regulatory compliance.
Deliver timely and accurate investor and board reporting, highlighting key performance indicators and providing valuable insights.
Manage due diligence processes and prepare data rooms for strategic initiatives.
Optimise existing systems (Xero) and implement new tools to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
At least 58 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within fintech, payments, or scale-up environments.
Proven expertise in financial modelling and commercial strategy development.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, international, and lean organisations.
