You Will:
Lead the delivery of automation and control system projects from planning to implementation
Ensure automated systems meet quality, compliance, and manufacturing requirements
Work proactively across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and vendor teams
Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication at all stages
Oversee project budgets, timelines, reporting, and documentation
Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure timely project progress
Skills / Experience:
Experience with automation or control systems in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry
Hands‑on knowledge of automated control systems
Excellent communication, proactivity, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and integration
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of project management experience within automation, engineering, or manufacturing
Experience implementing automation solutions in pharma/biopharma
Strong documentation, presentation, and organisational skills
Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with technical, QA, and manufacturing teams
