We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient HRIS Analyst with specialized expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring the system meets the evolving needs of our HR function and the broader business.
THIS IS A SENIOR SAP SUCCESSFACTORS ROLE WORKING ON A LARGE SCALE SAP IMPLEMENTATION
THIS ROLE IS PAYING €90,000 - €100,000 BASE AND PACKAGE
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, etc.).
* Configure system settings, workflows, permissions, and security roles.
* Support HR and business users with system-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
* Data Management & Reporting:
* Ensure data integrity through audits, validation, and regular system checks.
* Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools.
* Partner with HR stakeholders to deliver accurate workforce analytics and insights.
Process Improvement:
* Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
* Participate in or lead HRIS-related projects, including new module rollouts, system upgrades, and integrations.
* Create training materials and deliver training sessions for HR team members and end-users.
* Provide ongoing support and user guidance for HRIS functionalities.
* Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and third-party vendors, including SAP support.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes, enhancements, or new functionality.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (administration, configuration, and support).
* Solid understanding of HR processes and lifecycle (e.g., hire to retire, performance management, learning and development).
* Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors modules and reporting tools.
* Strong data management skills, including working with Excel, CSV imports/exports, and basic data transformations.
* Familiarity with system integrations and interfaces between HRIS and other business systems (e.g., payroll, ATS, ERP).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification(s) in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
* Experience with additional HR technologies or systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, etc.).
* Project management experience or training (e.g., Agile, PMP).
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
