The role
Join this dynamic team focused on delivering better nutrition for every step of life's journey. The opportunity is to join as our Administrative Services Lead.
The Administrative Services Lead role is responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience and works closely with the Facilities Lead. The role reports directly to the Office Facilities Manager and also covers during any absence of the Facilities Lead to support continuity of service.
Front of House & Reception
Welcome visitors and handle all in person and telephone enquiries with professionalism.
Manage the main switchboard, screening and redirecting calls.
Handle incoming post, courier deliveries, and outgoing shipments.
Provide reception cover when the Facilities Lead is on leave.
Office & Administrative Support
Order and maintain office stationery, printer toners, and supplies.
Keep accurate records and perform regular stocktakes.
Provide general administrative support across the business.
Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks.
Contribute to the planning & execution of engaging events to foster a vibrant workplace culture.
Provide support to EAs on site.
Facilities Operations
Support facilities projects and day to day operations as needed.
Act as the main point of contact for cleaning contractors and ensure site wide cleanliness standards are met.
Provide full cover for Facilities Lead duties during leave or absence.
Employee Engagement & Internal Support
Support the Employee Engagement Committee and act as a Values Ambassador.
Respond to and redirect ad hoc employee queries.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and service providers.
Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and facilities compliance requirements.
Proactive problem solving skills and sound decision making in urgent situations.
Ability to remain calm and responsive in fast paced environments.
Where and how you will work
The opportunity will be based 5 days per week in our Leggetsrath office in Kilkenny.
