Finishing Foreman - Contract 4 - 6 weeks
Location:- Waterford
Hourly rate: €27 - €33 per hour - Depending upon tax set up.
Along side the site team you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a section of the project from 2nd fix to handover while reporting to the Site Manager and working closely with the site team members and sub-contractors.
Requirements:
* Trade qualified with a preference for a time served carpenter
* At least 8 years total experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisor position.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
* IT skills
* Ability to work to strict schedules
