Over 3–6 months, you'll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:Independently manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process for overseas clients, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing, reconciliation, and settlement.Handle the issuance of sales invoices, system entry, and payment application to support the achievement of clearance targets.Assist in customer credit management tasks, including data compilation and preliminary analysis.Participate in monthly accounts receivable aging analysis and report preparation, conduct follow-up and collection activities to help meet collection targets.Independently handle settlement-related inquiries and coordinate communication via email with overseas sales teams and clients.Participate in the optimization of accounts receivable processes and the implementation of digital tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.About YouCurrent undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., PivotTables, common functions).
