Cloud Infrastructure Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Strategist to play a key role in shaping our cloud strategy, driving architecture decisions, and enabling scalable, secure solutions that support critical business initiatives.
* Define and drive cloud architecture strategies to meet business objectives.
* Collaborate with development and operations teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
* Lead cloud transformation initiatives and support the adoption of best practices.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams on cloud solutions.
* Evaluate and implement technologies such as IaaS, PaaS, serverless, and containerisation (Docker/EKS).
* Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
* Partner with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
Required Experience:
* 5+ years' experience in AWS cloud architecture positions.
* Hands-on experience with IaaS, PaaS, serverless, and containerisation (Docker/EKS).
* Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
* Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in financial services.
* Experience with microservices, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and performance optimisation in AWS.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
