Job Description:
As a Business Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing Service Arrangement contracts, which involves sending templates, collating draft documents, checking for errors, reconciling financial figures, obtaining governance policies and procedures, liaising with agencies, arranging and minuting SA meetings, and updating relevant documentation.
Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing Quarterly KPI returns, which involves setting deadlines, cross-checking information, and collating returns. You will also manage Financial Tracking, including PA and IHHS budgets, quarterly service movement letters, creation and updating of leader schedules, and dealing with financial queries.
Furthermore, you will be involved in processing Invoices, primarily residential but covering PA and Home Support when required. You will also maintain Office Health and Safety documents and minute meetings as needed. Lastly, you will perform General office duties, such as answering phones, dealing with queries, filing, and scanning.
