Job Title: PAM Governance Analyst, AVP
About Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled PAM Governance Analyst to join our Cyber Architecture & Engineering team. This team is responsible for designing, architecting, deploying, and continually enhancing security measures for the protection of State Street's information related to its assets and customers.
This role will focus on designing and maintaining automated and manual privileged access controls for all aspects of privileged access including non-human accounts and privileged human accounts. Our work requires us to think in terms of risk and design automation and procedures that will mitigate risks and maintain compliance for all PAM standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure subsidiary and affiliate business lines meet PAM controls within their organizations and provide guidance on new standards and requirements as they emerge.
* Contribute to the development of our Compliance Platform by writing requirements, testing data, and platforms for completeness and accuracy.
* Gather and review data from various infrastructure systems to test current standards, including Active Directory, Windows, Unix/Linux, Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, RACF, AWS, Azure, OCI, and other Clouds.
* Design and implement automated controls by writing requirements documents and specifications for systems.
* Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to understand operational models and provide guidance for onboarding privileged access to CyberArk and/or Hashicorp.
* Respond to queries about controls and privileged access management policies and procedures.
* Maintain documentation for privileged access policies and procedures.
* Attend vendor training and customer support events for CyberArk, Hashicorp, and other products.
* Prepare compliance reports as necessary until full automation is in place.
* Propose and champion modifications to security standards.
* Assist members of the IT community with questions about policy and standards.
Requirements:
* A BS/BA degree in a technical discipline.
* Strong oral and written skills in English and exposure to technologies such as Jira, Confluence, Azure, AWS, and other Clouds.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
* Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail.
* Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems independently.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
