Title: Graphic Designer Reporting line: Design Manager Department: Marketing Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin (Initially based in Dublin while our head office in Kilbrew, Ashbourne, Co. Meath is renovated) This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment where innovative design skills and a great eye for detail are a must You'll produce a broad range of packaging, print, point-of-sale, and digital content, supporting brand growth across retail, digital, and the out-of-home environments. As a member of the Marketing Department you will play a key role in maintaining and elevating the visual identity of our brands, from packaging re-designs to campaign rollouts. Working closely with the Design Manager and Marketing Team, you'll bring products to life through engaging motion graphics, retail activations, and cohesive brand materials. You will also support the wider business in delivering design for a variety of internal communications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Graphic Design Design, rejuvenate and/or revise a variety of packaging, ensuring consistency across products and alignment with brand guidelines. Adapt and produce large-format outdoor, point-of-sale, brochures, POS kits, and corporate materials. Create engaging motion graphics and digital assets (e.g., social media posts, digital display ads, website visuals). Prepare print-ready artwork to production standards; liaise with printers and suppliers as needed. Manage, maintain and adapt existing design files. Assist in ongoing brand refurbishments and contribute creative ideas for elevating shelf presence. Ensure timely delivery of all creative output in line with project timelines. Marketing Team Support Support the Marketing Team with day-to-day admin, including - Managing sponsorship requests, Ordering samples and branded stock, Raising purchase orders and processing invoices. Monitor competitor and category design trends. Update website content (e.g., via CMS like WordPress). Maintain online product databases (e.g., Brandbank). Train new starters on Internal Artwork management system QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE BA or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field. 5-8 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG, retail, or agency. Proven track record in packaging design, print production, and brand implementation. Strong digital design skills including motion graphics (After Effects or similar). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects). Experience preparing final artwork for both digital and offset print production. Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills. Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team. DESIRABLE Experience in flexible Packaging design and production. Familiarity with WordPress/TYPO or similar CMS. Knowledge of asset management platforms (e.g., Brandbank? tbc).
