The Child and Family Agency is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join its Regional Chief Officers Office South West. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving business planning and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide high-level administrative support and manage interactions between the Office of the Regional Chief Officer and the Management Teams and Directorates.
* To lead day-to-day operations of the Office, including management & supervision of staff.
* Manage the preparation of strategic and operational plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Compile, organise and analyse data/KPIs and Performance Reports.
* Ensure policies and procedures are aligned with best practice and communicated to others.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline (business/management or other).
* At least 5 years' experience in the management of HR, Finance, Business Planning or similar.
* Experience of co-ordinating management information and systems analysis.
* Demonstrate excellent MS Office skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Possess sufficient administrative capacity to discharge the functions of Business Manager.
