The role:Travelling extensively from a home base in Ireland, you will be responsible for providing technical support, especially with regard to production performance and resolving technical issues.Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients – you will be completely customer driven.Ensuring our client is the go-to supplier where the customer has NPD or efficiency needs.Developing and maintaining strong internal relationships, including overseas officesAttending meetings in the UK as required and occasional travel overseas for training and development within the GroupThe requirements:Strong technical or commercial background.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Proficient in English, maths, and IT (Maths & English will be tested)Highly organised and self-motivated.
