About Your New Job
As Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the planning, coordination and successful delivery of multiple construction projects from pre‑construction through to completion and handover. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Management teams, Quantity Surveyors, Design Teams and Clients, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Provide leadership and support to Project Managers, Site Managers and site teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
Monitor project programmes, budgets, resources and procurement strategies.
Liaise with clients, consultants, architects and subcontractors throughout all project phases.
Manage project risks and implement mitigation measures where required.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Support commercial teams with cost management, valuations and contract administration.
Drive quality assurance, snagging and project handover processes.
Promote best practice, continuous improvement and operational excellence across all projects.
What Skills You Need
10+ years' experience within the construction industry, including senior site management or project management roles.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, project delivery and commercial management.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multiple project teams and subcontractor packages.
Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation and quality standards.
Ability to manage programmes, budgets and project performance effectively.
Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
Safe Pass and relevant site management certifications desirable.
