We are seeking an Administration Support Grade IV to join our team in Mayo. This is a permanent contract for 17.5 hours per week.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Scale: €32,269 to €49,298 pro rata per annum (subject to Long Service Increments). Annual leave entitlement is 30 days pro rata per annum.
Role Overview
Provide administrative support to Enable Ireland's Outreach Respite Manager and team, ensuring smooth operations and acting as the local Health & Safety Competent Person.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage correspondence, reports, presentations, mail, filing, photocopying, scanning, and statistics.
2. Act as Health & Safety Competent Person, including attending training, risk assessments, maintaining risk register, chairing or supporting safety meetings, and reporting to national safety committees.
3. Assist with payroll processing, invoicing, and accounts management.
4. Maintain and update client information systems, ensuring confidentiality.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum three years' secretarial/admin experience.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Experience with payroll and accounts processing.
* Strong IT, communication, and administrative skills.
Desirable Criteria
* Admin/Business qualification.
* Experience in Health & Safety, minute-taking, or health/social care settings.
* Knowledge of risk assessments and meeting chairing.
