Tele sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Ireland (Hybrid – 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Tele sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base.

The Role

We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong communication and marketing skills to assist in promoting and selling our customs and freight forwarding services. The role combines tele sales, business development, and marketing activities to generate leads, build client relationships, and support the overall growth of BBL Logistics Ltd.

This is a hybrid role (office & remote working) with standard working hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound tele sales calls to potential clients (importers and exporters).
* Promote BBL Logistics' services in customs clearance and freight forwarding.
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.
* Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers.
* Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital, email, and social media).
* Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
* Support the wider sales and operations team with client communication and proposals.
* Represent BBL Logistics professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Key Skills & Requirements

* Previous experience in tele sales, sales support, or marketing (logistics, freight, or B2B environment desirable).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
* Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms.
