Responsibilities

* Proactively contact prospective and existing customers to identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships
* Work closely with Field Sales, Account Managers and wider business units to support client retention and growth
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing product and pricing information to secure orders
* Manage the end-to-end sales process from quotation through to order processing, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
* Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure customer and sales data is accurate and up to date
* Follow up on marketing campaigns and sales leads to maximise business development opportunities
* Work with internal teams to ensure excellent delivery of client requests and resolve any issues in a timely manner
* Support with developing tailored proposals and presentations for prospective customers

Experience

* Experience in a sales, telesales or customer service environment, preferably within IT, technology, or telecommunications (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
* Competence using Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
* A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
